10.2. Simulated Chat Transcripts: Refers to the exchanges transpiring between Users and the AI personas or chatbots generated based on the uploaded chat transcripts.
10.3. AI Model: The artificial intelligence model utilized in the creation of AI clones is stored on servers provided by OpenAI.
10.4. Temporary Data Storage: Throughout the process of AI clone creation, the training file is temporarily retained on OpenAI's servers, thereafter expunged upon the culmination of said process.
10.5. User Rights and Options: Users retain the prerogative to erase their original chat transcript subsequent to AI clone creation. Furthermore, they possess the authority to effectuate the permanent deletion of the AI clone, thereby eradicating all associated data, including the original chat, clone dialogues, AI model, and pertinent database logs or entries. Such actions may be undertaken through the utilization of the "Manage Data" functionality within the chatbot interface.
